If you arer looking for a worthy place to donate, this would be it. This mission agency was started by Dr Chris Brooks from Calgary and their associated medical clinic continues to help the people of Malawi. When recession hit Canada and funding was decreased for many mission agencies, Dr Chris and his wife Heather restructured the mission and showed that they are truly resilient and accountable. Working with the people and the government of Malawi they were able to stay afloat and continue to serve an average of 5000 patients per month. Now they have grown into the Lifeline Malawi Health Centre, and serve a community of over 200,000.
